Custard: Brown Sugar Custard Pie

List of Ingredients
2 eggs, separated
1 cup milk
1 cup cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon flour, rounded
1 cup brown sugar
Recipe
Mix all ingredients but egg whites and put into unbaked pie shell. Beat egg whites and pour in last. Bake at 400�F for 10 minutes, then at 350�F until center is firm.
