Bumbleberry Pie

List of Ingredients
2 pie crusts (9")
FILLING:
2 cups blueberries, raspberries -- & sliced strawberry
2 cups rhubarb, chopped
4 cups baking apples, peeled and chopped
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons lemon juiceRecipe
Mix filling ingredients together and spoon into the pie crusts. Cover with a top crust that has been slit. Sprinkle the top crust with sugar or egg wash of 1 egg with 1 or 2 tablespoons of water. Bake at 350ºF for 50 to 60 minutes or until golden brown.
