    Coffee: Cappuccino Cheese Pie

    1 unbaked pastry shell, pricked (9")
    3 tablespoons coffee liqueur
    1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
    8 ounces cream cheese, softened
    14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
    2 eggs
    2 tablespoons cocoa powder
    whipping cream

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 375�F. Bake pastry shell 15 minutes and remove from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 325�F. Combine liqueur and coffee, stirring until coffee dissolves. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs, liqueur mix and cocoa; mix well. Pour into baked pastry shell. Bake 40 minutes or until set. Cool. Chill thoroughly. Serve with whipped cream. Refrigerate leftovers.
