-----FOR THE CRUST-----
2 c Graham cracker crumbs
2 tb Sugar
1/2 c (1 stick) butter [melted & cooled]
-----FOR THE FILLING-----
8 oz Cream cheese [softened]
15 oz Sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c Key lime juice
1/8 ts Lime oil (optional but good]
1 c Sour cream
Recipe
To prepare the crust... 1) Combine all of the crust ingredients and press into a 9" pie pan or spring form pan. Bake @ 350ºF for about 20 min. or `til nicely golden brown, then set aside to cool...
To make the filling... 2) In a medium size bowl, thoroughly mix together the cream cheese and the milk, then blend in the Key lime juice and lime oil (if used)...
3) Beat in the sour cream and mix `til smooth, pour into the prepared crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
