List of Ingredients

CRUST:
9 double graham crackers
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 pound melted butter

FILLING:
12 ounces cream cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 eggs
1 can sweetened condensed milk
TOPPING:
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla


Recipe

For crust, combine ingredients and put into a pie shell (or use a purchased graham cracker crust). For filling, blend ingredients until smooth. Pour into crust and bake 25 minutes at 350ºF . Remove from oven and spread on topping: Return pie to oven and bake an additional 10 minutes.
