Chocolate: Chocolate-Cream Cheese Pie

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup hershey's cocoa
1/3 cup butter -- melted
1 cup hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup whipping cream
16 ounces cream cheese -- softened
1 1/4 cups sifted powdered sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Recipe
For crust, combine cracker crumbs, granulated sugar and cocoa; stir in melted butter until evenly moistened. Press evenly into a 9-inch pie plate. Refrigerate about 1 hour or until firm. For filling, combine chocolate chips and whipping cream in a heavy medium saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until melted and smooth. Cool just to lukewarm. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla on medium speed of mixer until combined. Beat in chocolate mixture. Spoon into crust. Cover; refrigerate at least 6 hours or up to 2 days. Makes 8 servings.
