Chocolate: Chocolate Mousse Pie

4 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
1 can chocolate sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups whipping cream, whipped
1 pastry shell, baked
Recipe
In an 8 c. glass measure, combine chocolate, milk and vanilla. Microwave on high for 2-4 minutes, stirring after each minute, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Cool to room temperature, about 1 1/2 hours. Beat until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into pastry shell. Chill 4 hours or until set. Yield: 6-8 servings.
