Pecan: Chocolate Rum Pecan Pie

1 package chocolate cook and serve pudding mix
2/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 1/2 cups water
1 teaspoon rum extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 chocolate piecrust
Recipe
In medium saucepan, combine dry pudding, dry milk, and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, til mix thickens and starts to boil. Remove from heat and stir in rum extract and nuts. Pour hot mixture into pie crust. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Cut into 8 servings.
