Chocolate: Bakery Chocolate Tofu Pie

2 1/2 cups extra firm tofu
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1 cup chocolate chips, melted
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon pure vanilla
1 pie crust, baked
Recipe
In a food processor or blender, combine all filling ingredients. Process until smooth and creamy. Pour into prepared crust. Cool in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
