Chess: Coconut Chess Pie

4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup flaked coconut
1 partly baked pie shell, 9"
Recipe
Combine first 6 ingredients. Beat well. Stir in 1 cup coconut; pour into partially baked pie shell. Bake at 325ºF for 45 to 50 minutes or until set. Cool on wire rack. Garnish with toasted coconut.
