    Cranberry Cherry Pie

    List of Ingredients




    1 19 oz can cherry pie filling
    1 14 oz can whole cranberry sauce
    1/4 c Sugar
    3 tb Quick cooking tapioca
    1 ts Lemon juice
    1/4 ts Cinnamon
    2 tb Butter or margarine
    Pastry for 9 inch pie milk

    Recipe



    Combine all but the butter and milk. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line 9 inch pie plate with 1/2 of pastry. Add filling. Dot with butter. Place lattice crust over filling. Seal and flute edges. Brush lattice top with milk. Bake 40-50 minutes or till crust is golden brown. (Cover edge of crust after 15 minutes with foil to prevent overbrowning.) Makes 1 pie.
