Cream Cheese Pie with Strawberry Sauce

9 inch graham cracker pie shell -- (no pudding added)
1/2 pound lowfat cream cheese
3/4 cup powdered sugar, sifted
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon peel
1 cup whipping cream
PIE SHELL:
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
3 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
SAUCE:
10 ounces frozen sweetened sliced strawberry
3 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate -- (1/2 pkg)Recipe
For filling, cream together cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and lemon peel until light. Whip cream until stiff and on the low setting, beat it into the cream cheese mixture. Pour into prepared pie shell and refrigerate until serving time. Serve with sauce spooned over the top. Serves 8-10. For crust, in a 9" pie pan, combine all the ingredients and mix to thoroughly combine. Press crumbs evenly along the bottom and the sides of the pie pan. Bake in a 350ºF oven for 8 minutes or until just beginning to color. Cool before filling. For sauce, stir together strawberries and orange juice concentrate. Cover bowl and refrigerate until ready to use. Spoon a little sauce over each serving.
