Peach: Cream Peach Pie

List of Ingredients
2/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg -- slightly beaten
2 cups raw sliced peaches or frozen peaches
pie shell
TOPPING
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
Combine the sugar, flour, salt, sour cream, vanilla, egg, and peaches. Pour into pie shell and bake for 15 minutes at 400ºF. Then bake at 350ºF for 30-40 minutes; you may need to cover the edges with foil so it won't burn. While the pie is baking combine the topping ingredients. Remove the pie and put topping on top. Return to oven and bake 350ºF for 10 minutes.
