Apple: Crunchy Apple Pie

List of Ingredients
2 c Apples, cooking chopped
1/2 c Sugar, brown
1/2 c Sugar, granulated
1/2 c Flour, all-purpose
1 Egg yolk beaten
1/2 ts Vanilla extract
1/2 ts Lemon juice freshly squeezd
1/2 c Nuts chopped
1 Egg white beaten until foamy
1 Pie shell, 9" unbaked
Recipe
Put chopped apples in a large bowl. Add sugar, flour, egg yolk, vanilla, lemon juice, and nuts; mix well. Add egg white, which has been beaten unti foamy. Stir well and put mixture in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until apples are tender and brown.
