Chocolate: Double Chocolate Cream Pie

baked pie shell
1/4 package chocolate chips
2 egg yolk
1 small pack cook and serve chocolate pudding
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/4 cup water
Recipe
Spread 1/4 pkg. chocolate chips on the bottom of one baked pie shell. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the yolks, pudding mix, sugar, almond extract and water. Mix until smooth. Add 2 more cups water and bring to a boil (about one minute over medium heat, stirring constantly). Pour over chocolate chips. Chill until set. Garnish with whipped cream and serve.
