    Peanut Butter: Fat Boy's Peanut Butter Pie

    List of Ingredients

    4 ounces cream cheese, softened
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
    1 cup cool whip
    1 ready made graham cracker piecrust

    Recipe

    Whip cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Beat in the sugar and peanut butter. Fold in the whipped topping and pour into pie shell. Refrigerate for several hours. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chopped, toasted and unsalted peanuts. Serves 8
