Chocolate: Frank's Fudge Cream Pie

List of Ingredients

1 baked pie shell
1-1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1-2/3 cup evaporated light milk
1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoon butter
1 small cool whip


Recipe

Combine sugar, flour, and cocoa together. Gradually stir in milk. Stir over medium heat until mixture thickens. Add yolks to some of the mixture, then return mixture to pan and cook, stirring mixture until it thickens. Stir in butter and vanilla, cool. Pour into pie shell and top with cool whip.
