Lemon: Frozen Lemon Pie

1 graham cracker crust
3 eggs, separated
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons lemon peel
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Recipe
Beat egg whites till frothy. Gradually beat in sugar, continue beating til stiff and glossy. Beat egg yolks til thick; fold into egg mixture. Fold in whipped cream, lemon juice and peel. Pour into crust and freeze.
