    Lemon: Lemon Cheese Pie

    List of Ingredients

    CRUST:
    1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 cup melted butter
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 teaspoon cinnamon

    FILLING
    12 ounces cream cheese, softened
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    2 teaspoons grated lemon rind

    Recipe

    Combine all crust ingredients in bowl; mix 30 seconds. Press into 9" pie plate and bake at 350�F for 3 minutes. Cool on wire rack. For filling, beat all on medium speed for 30 seconds. Stop and scrape bowl. Whip 15 seconds more. Pour into crust and bake at 350�F for 30-35 minutes.
