9 inch pastry shell, unbaked
2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon self rising flour
1 tablespoon cornmeal
1/4 cup lemon juice
14 teaspoons grated lemon rind
1/4 cup milk
4 unbeaten eggs
1/4 cup melted butter
Recipe
Combine sugar, flour and cornmeal. Add remaining ingredients. Beat until smooth. Pour into 9" unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 375ºF for 35-45 minutes or until custard is set and the top is golden brown. Cool before serving.
