List of Ingredients

24 eggs
4 1/2 cups sugar
9 cups milk
3/4 cup melted butter
3 cups Bisquick baking mix
3 cups fresh lemon juice (not concentrate)
1 cup grated lemon rind


Recipe

Mix all ingredients together in mixer. Beat 3 minutes on low to medium. Pour into pan. Let stand 5 minutes. Bake 40-45 minutes at 350�F. Serves 45 to 50.
