1/2 cup softened butter
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
baked 8" pie shellRecipe
Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vinegar, eggs and vanilla, beating well. Pour into pie shell. Bake in 350�F oven 45 minutes or until knife blade inserted halfway between center and edge of pie comes out clean. Cool on rack. Makes 6-8 servings.
