1/2 cup softened butter
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
baked 8" pie shell
Recipe
Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vinegar, eggs and vanilla, beating well. Pour into pie shell. Bake in 350ºF oven 45 minutes or until knife blade inserted halfway between center and edge of pie comes out clean. Cool on rack. Makes 6-8 servings.
