Bread Pudding: Amaretto Bread Pudding

List of Ingredients
1 pound bread, diced
1 quart half and half
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup beaten eggs
3/4 cup chocolate chips
3/4 cup toasted whole almonds, chopped
GARNISH:
2 ounces caramel sauce
1 banana, sliced lengthwise
2 tablespoons whipped cream
1 teaspoon chocolate curls
Recipe
Dice bread and place in oven to dry out slightly. Place in a stainless bowl and pour half and half on top. Whisk sugar and eggs together and add to mixture. Add chips and nuts and mix slightly. Add clarified butter and pour into rectangular pan. Bake at 400ºF for 1 hour 20 minutes. (Check after 1 hour)
