    Cranberry Christmas Pudding & Sauce

    Pudding:
    2 c Cranberry, 1 lb bag, washed
    1/2 c Molasses
    2 ts Soda dissolved in 1/2 c Water
    1 1/2 c Flour
    ds Salt

    Sauce:
    1 c Sugar
    1/2 c Butter only, not margarine
    1/2 c Whipping cream
    Vanilla

    Recipe



    Mix pudding in order given. Steam 2 1/2 hours. Mix sauce and simmer a few minutes. Serve warm over pudding
