Noodle: Divine Noodle Pudding

3/4 pound broad noodles, cooked and drained
1/4 cup butter
5 eggs
8 ounces lowfat cream cheese, room temp.
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup orange juice concentrate
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup golden raisins
3 teaspoons cinnamon sugar
Recipe
In a 9x13 inch roasting pan, melt the butter and toss the cooked noodles to coat evenly. In mixer bowl, beat eggs with cream cheese until well blended. Beat in sugar, juice, and milk until smooth. Stir in raisins. Toss egg mixture with cooked noodles and spread evenly. Sprinkle top with cinnamon sugar. Bake in a 350ºF oven for about 1 hour. Serves 12.
