Tapioca: Maple Nut Tapioca Pudding

1 package vanilla cook and serve pudding
2/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
3 tablespoons quick cooking minute tapioca
1 1/4 cups water
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Recipe
In medium saucepan, combine dry pudding, dry milk, tapioca, water and syrup. Let stand 5 minutes. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, til mix thickens and boils. Remove from heat and stir in walnuts. Evenly spoon into 4 dessert dishes. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
