    8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
    1 cup powdered sugar or 10x sugar
    3 cups milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    8 ounces cool whip
    1 package Oreos, crushed into chunks
    1/4 cup butter, room temperature
    2 packages instant vanilla pudding

    Tips: I usually use between 1 and 2 pounds of cookies. I have also found that if it is made 1 day before it is needed, the flavors are combined and the cookies are softer. Mix in a mixer the cream cheese, butter, and sugar. Add the milk, vanilla, and pudding. Mix until the lumps are gone. Fold in the Cool-Whip. Put half of the cookies into the bottom of a large bowl. Put all of the pudding mixture and top with the remaining cookies. Refrigerate.
