Rice Pudding: Peanut Butter Cup Rice Pudding

1 package chocolate cook and serve pudding
2/3 cup nonfat milk powder
1 2/3 cups water
1 teaspoon vanilla
6 tablespoons peanut butter
2 cups cold cooked rice
Recipe
In medium saucepan, combine dry pudding mix, dry milk powder and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly til mix thickens and starts to boil. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and peanut butter. Mix well til smooth. Add rice and mix gently to combine. Spoon mix evenly into 6 dessert dishes. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
