Rice Maple Cream

1 package cook and serve vanilla pudding
2/3 cup nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 1/2 cups cold cooked rice
1/4 cup cool whip light
1 tablespoon chopped pecansRecipe
In medium saucepan, combine dry pudding, dry milk, water and maple. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, til mixture thickens and starts to boil. Remove from heat and stir in rice. Evenly spoon into 4 dessert dishes. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes. Just before serving, top each with 1 tbl. cool whip and 3/4 tsp chopped pecans.
