    Noodle: Velvet Noodle Pudding

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 pound medium noodles, cooked and drained
    4 tablespoons butter
    4 eggs
    2 cups lowfat sour cream
    1/2 cup milk
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    3/4 cup sugar
    salt to taste
    1 cup yellow raisins
    1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar

    Recipe

    In a 9x13 inch pan, melt the butter. Add the cooked and drained noodles and toss them in the butter until they are evenly coated. Beat together next 6 ingredients until blended. Stir in the raisins. Pour egg mixture evenly over the noodles and bury the raisins into the custard. Sprinkle the top with the cinnamon sugar. Bake in a 350ºF oven for 1 hour or until custard is set and top is brown. Cut into squares and serve warm. Serves 12
