Unbaked tart shells
2 eggs
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
jam or jelly
Recipe
Put a little jam or jelly in the bottom of the unbaked tart shells. Cream butter,sugar and eggs together. Fold in coconut and blend. Partly fill the tart shells with the coconut mixture. Bake at 425 deg oven until pastry is done. About 20 minutes.
