Easy Fruit Filled Cream Cheese Tarts

DOUGH:
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup butter (no substitutes)
1/2 cup white Crisco
8 ounces cream cheese
1 pinch salt
FILLING:
16 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 teaspoons melted butter
fruit pie filling
Recipe
Mix together dough and press into cupcake pans. In bottom of crust put 1 tsp of desired fruit filling or pie filling (like lemon or butterscotch or whatever you want). Then fill the rest of the crust with cream cheese filling. Bake until golden brown, approx. 35 minutes at 350ºF. One batch of these yields 24 tarts.
