DOUGH:
1/2 cup butter
1 3 ounce pack cream cheese
1 cup all-purpose flour
FILLING:
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon butter -- softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
Recipe
Heat oven to 350ºF. Dough: Beat butter and cheese until creamy. Beat in flour. Press heaping teaspoon in bottom and up sides of 24 mini muffin cups. Filling: Mix sugar, egg, butter, vanilla in bowl; add pecans. Fill cups. Bake in 350ºF oven 20 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Makes: 2 dozen.
