Asparagus: Heavenly Asparagus

2 bunches asparagus, ends snapped off
1/2 tsp kosher or sea salt
2 Tbsp virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp Asiago or pecorino cheese, coarsely grated
1 lemon, cut in quartersRecipe
Set asparagus in a steamer basket over 1 inch of water. Bring to a boil and cook until barely tender, 3 to 4 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with oil and cheese, then serve at once, garnished with lemon wedge. Squeeze lemon juice over each portion before eating. Serves 4
