Asparagus: Asparagus Vinaigrette

juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
3/4 cup olive oil
minced chives
1 pound blanched asparagus
Recipe
Cook asparagus in boiling salted water for few minutes until crisp-tender. Immediately dump into ice water to stop the cooking. Whisk ingredients together. Pour over fresh cooked asparagus, garnish with sliced pimento's and chill.
