    Asparagus: Asparagus with Dill Sauce

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup mayonnaise
    8 ounces sour cream
    1 teaspoon dried dillweed
    1 tablespoon minced onion
    3 tablespoons lemon juice
    2 pounds asparagus
    2 tablespoons lemon juice

    Recipe

    Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl, cover and chill. Snap off tough ends of asparagus, arrange asparagus in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and steam 4 to 5 min or until crisp-tender. Arrange asparagus on a serving platter, drizzle with 2 Tlb. lemon juice. Serve with dill sauce. Serves 25.
