    Corn: Baked Corn

    List of Ingredients

    2 pounds whole kernel corn, canned
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 eggs, separated
    1 tablespoon flour

    Recipe

    Mix in loaf pan. Beat egg whites till stiff and fold in. Bake 30 minutes at 350ºF.
