Tomatoes: Baked Stuffed Tomatoes

6 medium tomatoes
1 cup garlic/cheese croutons, crushed
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
4 tablespoons butter melted
1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Recipe
Hollow out funnel-shaped hole in each tomato to make room for stuffing. Mix stuffing ingredients. Spoon in tomatoes. Place tomatoes in baking dish; cover with foil to prevent over-browning of stuffing. Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
