Broccoli: Broccoli in Ginger Mustard Sauce

4 cups broccoli florets and peeled, chopped stalk
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon firmly packed brown sugar
Recipe
Place 1 inch of water in a steamer. Place broccoli in a colander or steamer basket, cover and steam for 7-8 minutes, or until tender and bright green. Place orange juice, soy sauce, dijon mustard, ground ginger and brown sugar in a skillet, and heat over medium heat. When mixture is hot, add the steamed broccoli. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
