Beans: Buttery Herbed Green Beans

2 packages frozen whole green beans
2 teaspoons butter
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons cider or balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
Recipe
Bring 1/2 c. water to a boil over high heat in a large nonstick skillet; add green beans. Cover and cook 8 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender; drain. Combine green beans and butter in skillet; cook over low heat until butter melts. Add seasonings, and toss well.
