    1 medium Red cabbage
    1 Bay leaf
    2 tablespoons Vinegar
    2 small Apples
    Salt
    Pepper

    Recipe



    Shred cabbage finely. Peel and slice apples. Add all ingredients. Cook til tender, about 20 minutes. Serves 4.
