Cabbage: Scalloped Cabbage

2 lb Cabbage
1/4 lb Velveeta cheese
2 tb Flour
3/4 c Milk
4 tb margarine
15 Soda crackers
Salt and pepper Recipe
Cut cabbage in chunks and cook for 10 minutes. Drain. Arrange in casserole and sprinkle with flour. Heat milk with cheese, salt and pepper. Pour over cabbage. Melt margarine and crumbled crackers, sprinkle over cabbage. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. DO NOT COVER WHILE BAKING.
