    Carrots: Cracker Barrel Baby Carrots

    List of Ingredients




    2 lbs. fresh baby carrots
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon sugar
    2 tablespoons butter

    Recipe



    Rinse carrots and place in a two quart saucepan. Pour enough water in pan to cover the top of the carrots. Cover pan with lid and place on medium heat, bring to a boil. Turn heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes until the carrots are tender when pricked with a fork.
