Carrots: Marinated Carrots

Recipe Introduction
"I had these at Carla Mantini's wedding shower and just had to get the recipe. Here it is!"
List of Ingredients
1 one pound bag of carrots
1 small onion - diced
1 small green pepper - diced
1/2 cup white cider vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/8 tsp. Gulden's mustard (or any spicey mustard)
1/2 cup sugar
1 can undilluted Tomato SoupRecipe
Boil carrots, onions and green peppers for 5 minutes. Let cool. Mix oil, vinegar and sugar. Add in salt, pepper and mustard. Add soup. Refrigerate in a covered glass bowl for 2 days before serving.
