Carrots: Carrots au Gratin

3 cups sliced cooked carrots
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
TOPPING:
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon butter, melted
Recipe
Heat oven to 350ºF. Butter 1 quart casserole. In medium bowl, combine carrots, soup and cheese. Pour into prepared casserole. In small bowl, combine bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle topping over carrots. Bake at 350ºF for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly around edges. Serves 6.
Microwave directions: In 1 quart microwave safe casserole, combine carrots, soup and cheese, mixing well. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 3-4 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring once during coking. In small bowl, combine bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle topping over carrots and then cook on HIGH for 30-60 seconds, or until topping is hot.
