Corn: Buny's Corn Saute

4 ears sweet corn, shucked
3 tbl butter or margarine
salt and pepper to taste
herb seasoning to taste (dill and cumin are good)Recipe
Cut ears of corn in half. Lay cut end on cutting board and use sharp knife to cut kernels off of cobs. Heat butter in skillet over medium high heat. Toss corn kernels into skillet and sprinkle with seasonings. Saute quickly until corn is just crisp tender, about 2 minutes.
