    Corn: Corn Pudding

    List of Ingredients

    1 can creamed corn
    2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
    3 eggs
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    3 tablespoons flour
    4 tablespoons butter, melted
    1 teaspoon baking powder

    Recipe

    Place all corn, sugar, salt and flour into deep round casserole dish. Beat eggs and add to mixture. Add baking powder (mixed with small amount of water) and melted butter. Bake for 1 hour in 350ºF oven. Can double recipe, which fills a round 3 quart casserole; bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until firm and browned on top. Be sure to use deep casserole.
