    Carrots: Easy Carrot Casserole

    List of Ingredients

    1 pound carrots, cut in chunks on bias
    1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup water

    Recipe

    Place cut carrots in glass baking dish. Spread brown sugar over carrots. Sprinkle with salt and pour water onto bottom of dish. Cover and bake at 325ºF for 45 minutes or until tender. Cover may be removed during last few minutes to remove moisture and caramelize the carrots. Serves 4.
