1 cup fat free Italian dressing
1 tablespoon sugar twin
1 tablespoon white vinegar
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1 cup coarse chopped onion
2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
Recipe
In large bowl,combine dressing, sugar twin, vinegar and parsley. Stir in onion, then add mushroom. Mix gently to coat, cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
