Beans: Green Beans w/ Parsley Sauce

List of Ingredients
1/2 cup vegetable broth
1/4 cup dry white wine
4 shallots, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup minced parsley leaves
2 tablespoons butter
white pepper to taste
1 pound green beans, ends snapped off
Recipe
In a Dutch oven casserole, simmer first 7 ingredients until shallots are softened, about 5 minutes. Add the green beans, cover pan and cook beans until tender, about 8 minutes. If sauce appears soupy, remove beans and cook sauce over high heat until reduced to 1/3 cup. Serves 6.
